Can relate to similar dating challenges as a 42 yr old single mom. Thanks for sharing. By the way, had to smile at your unintentional use of “monotonous” instead of “monogamous”. Totally changes the meaning…although I’m sure there would be some that would argue that it doesn’t. So, heads up on that.

I recently decided to enter that world and I agree with your points. #2 – I have no plans to bring my son around anyone I’m dating until we are in a serious relationships. I don’t want my son to see me with random guys. #5- yes, getting to know someone sucks, wish I could fast forward past all that,lol.

I hate dating too. Even though I don’t do it often and by not very often i mean maybe once a year. Not a fan of phoney stuff either. Does Instagram count? I use Instagram a lot for pics.
